Welcome to Heath Hayes Academy!

I am delighted to welcome you to our vibrant and inclusive school community. At Heath Hayes Academy, we believe that every child deserves a rich and supportive learning environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Guided by our core values of being Open, Kind, Brave, and Believe, we create a culture where children feel empowered to explore their full potential.

Our Vision

At Heath Hayes, we aim to create a caring, supportive environment where all children feel safe, valued, and connected. We provide consistent support for children facing emotional, relational, and communication challenges, respecting their rights regardless of race, gender, religion, or ability. Our focus on spiritual, moral, emotional, and psychological well-being ensures that children can seek help and express themselves freely. Through positive reinforcement, we acknowledge effort, achievement, and good choices, fostering respect, motivation, and a growth mindset. We believe that all behavior communicates needs, and we strive to support every child in managing their emotions thoughtfully and constructively.

Our vision is to empower every child to become a confident, compassionate, and resilient individual who is ready to face the future. By embracing a culture of openness, kindness, bravery, and belief, we aim to foster lifelong learners who are not only academically capable but also equipped with the character and values to lead fulfilling, purposeful lives.

We are committed to fostering a space where openness encourages curiosity, kindness builds strong, respectful relationships, and bravery inspires our students to tackle new challenges with confidence. Most importantly, we nurture a strong belief in each child’s ability to succeed and make a positive difference in the world.

As part of REAch2 Multi Academy Trust, Heath Hayes Academy benefits from being part of a wider family of 62 schools, all working towards the shared goal of ‘always aiming higher’ for children. Collaboration and innovation across the trust enables us to draw upon a wealth of expertise and resources, ensuring that we provide the very best for our pupils. By working together, we are able to create innovative and effective approaches to teaching and learning, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Together with our dedicated staff and supportive families, we strive to provide an enriching educational journey where every child is valued, encouraged, and inspired. We look forward to working with you to make your child’s experience at Heath Hayes Academy truly remarkable.

I believe our school is very special and would welcome you to come and meet us!

💜At the beginning of this week, I was delighted to welcome pupils from Heath Hayes Primary Academy on their visit down to London to see the Palace of Westminster! After their tour of the building, I had the chance to meet with them and answer some of their questions. They were keen to learn more about my role as an MP and what the job is really like 💬I then turned the tables and asked them for their thoughts on the proposed social media ban for under 16s. It was really interesting to hear the views of young people who would be affected. They shared which platforms they think should be restricted, which ones they feel shouldn’t be and the issues they’ve come across online 🖥️📱I’m still encouraging everyone to take part in the 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 so we can hear as many views as possible. You can find all the details here 👉🏻 www.gov.uk/government/consultations/growing-up-in-the-online-world-a-national-consultationIt’s always great to see local students getting a first-hand look at how Parliament works. If you work in a school in Cannock Chase, remember that a 60% travel subsidy is available for schools and the educational tour itself is free of charge 💷If any other local schools are interested in visiting Parliament, please get in touch with my office and we can provide more information! ℹ️🏫
