At Heath Hayes Academy, children in Key Stage 2 learn Spanish using the Language Angels programme. This high-quality resource helps us deliver fun, structured lessons that build pupils’ confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Spanish.
Language Angels supports our staff with clear planning, interactive activities, and engaging content that helps children enjoy learning a new language. Lessons are progressive and designed to help pupils remember key vocabulary and grammar over time.
Learning Spanish also helps children understand different cultures and prepares them for life in a global society. We aim to give every child a strong foundation in language learning that they can build on in secondary school and beyond.
