Applying for Reception 2026
All admissions for Reception and school places are handled by Staffordshire County Council. Please follow the link below to make an application and for further information.

In Year Applications for School Places
If you would like to apply for a place for your child at Heath Hayes Academy, please complete an in year application form which can be obtained from any of the following sources:
- Child’s current school (if in Staffordshire) or preferred school
- Staffordshire’s School Admissions and Transport Service (0300 111 8007)
- Staffordshire County Council – In-year School Admissions
The completed form should be submitted directly to school. Following receipt of an applications, we will notify Staffordshire County Council of the application and its status. You will receive a letter stating a place can be offered within 10 school days or 15 school days at the latest.
